• We might ask for a small token amount to confirm your booking (just to avoid confusion).

• Final pricing, colors, and delivery time will be shared with full transparency.

Vehicle Specs

• All details mentioned (speed, range, battery life, etc.) are based on ideal test conditions.

• Real-world performance might vary a bit — depending on road, load, and riding habits.

• But don’t worry — we always aim to deliver more than we promise.

Warranty & Service

• Our EVs come with a manufacturer warranty (details vary by model — ask us anytime).

• Regular servicing is simple and we’re always here to help, whether it’s a small check-up or part replacement.

Payments & Refunds

• Flexible payment options are available — we support UPI, NEFT, cash, and finance partners.

• If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we’ll try our best to refund your amount as soon as possible, depending on the booking stage and any processing already done.

• Basically, we’re reasonable — talk to us, and we’ll work it out.

Delivery & Handover
