We totally get it — sometimes plans change. That’s why we aim to keep our refund policy fair, flexible, and hassle-free.
Booking Refunds
If you’ve made a token or advance payment for a vehicle and wish to cancel, we’ll try our best to process a refund based on the booking stage.
If no customization or processing has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If the vehicle has already entered production or dispatch, the refund amount may vary.
We recommend informing us as early as possible to keep things smooth.
Payment Mode
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method used during booking — whether UPI, bank transfer, or cash (in case of showroom bookings).
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
But don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Custom Orders & Special Requests
In case of custom-built vehicles or special orders, refunds may not be applicable if production has already begun — but we’re always open to discussing solutions.
